Understanding your needs
First, we want to listen – you tell us what challenges or problems you are facing, or maybe your new plan you want to start on. We then create requirements and produce a project proposal, outlining everything that needs to be completed.
Commencing work
Once we’ve gathered your requirements and given you a project proposal, we commence work. Regular demos/meetings occur during this stage to ensure we maintain good communication and transparency.
Testing and Deployment
When we have tested everything and the project is nearing completion, we ask you for a final review. Upon your approval we can launch the website/project!
Maintenance and Support
We won’t leave you in the dark… we will continue to provide support and aftercare, ensuring everything is well-maintained. For that extra protection you can purchase an Aftercare package. We will continue to be in touch!
