*Malware Cleanup is an additional charge if it takes longer than 1 hour for any of the above packages.
**For the Single Task package, the maximum support time included is 1 hour. If more time is required this can be purchased at reduced rate of £75 per hour.
Monthly Support Lite and Monthly Support Max are a minimum 30 day rolling contract.
